The equipment we use in this type of situation is as follows; 1) truck and portable mounted extraction units for water removal, 2) moisture detectors for accurate readings, 3) air movers to grab the moisture and put it into the air, 4) then our dehumidifiers are used to pull that moisture out of the air. For the clean up of the bacteria and microorganisms we use sanitizing agents, germicides and anti-microbial agents to alleviate the odor and to kill the growing process of bacteria, mold and other microorganisms.
