Jerry Thomas
Jerry is founder and president of Specialized Cleaning & Restoration Inc. He has been in the industry since 1992.  SCR Inc. has successfully completed many major flood, water, smoke and mold projects that have been into the six figures.  Our greatest pride is our customer satisfaction and the time and money we can save them. SCR Inc. strives very hard to be extremely pro-active in our approach to training and equipment.  Yesterdays training and equipment will not survive in today's or tomorrows world.

Seth Sandness
Seth is the prime example of well done is better than well said.  He has been the prime project manager on all major jobs since 2003.  His technical and personal skills are of the highest degree.  "I may not have done it before but I am sure I can figure it out" is a quote by Seth that proves his attitude towards hard work and willingness to provide great service to his clients reaches beyond the desk.

Amber Sandness
Amber brings her military "can do" attitude to work every day.  She has participated in the good, bad and very ugly areas of our industry.  As anyone else in our industry realizes, to advance you must learn it all.  Amber helps bring a ladies point of view to our business and is extremely helpful.

Stacey Thomas
Stacey has a degree in biology and has become a very active in the IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) aspect of our industry.  She has obtained her Certified Indoor Environmentalist certification and is working very diligently to help bring attention to IAQ.

Deb Schumacher - Deb has over 30 years of office experience. Her extensive background in customer service and her big heart helps give our customers that “at home” feeling.

Rich Cooper  - Supervisor
Rich completed training at the Hydro Lab Training Center in Indianapolis, ID. This included classroom and hands on training with an actual flooded home. He successfully passed all exams and is IICRC Certified.

- WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
- ASD (Applied Structural Drying)

Rich also has intensive safety contact training including OSHA 10 hr training course.
